NEW! Enemy of God and Man: Situation Ethics and its Resurgence in the Church$4.00
by John Vennari
Special low price! This is a crucial lecture to help navigate the trouble waters of the present Pontificate. Francis, in an inflight off-the-cuff interview on his way back from Mexico, seemed to open the door to justify contraception being used to prevent infection from the Zika virus. This not only launched turbulence worldwide, but indicates that Francis himself either does not understand that contraception is an intrinsic evil (which means there are no set up circumstances that can justify the act), or that he accepts a kind of Situation Ethics wherein the morality of an act is judged on various circumstances rather than on the nature of the act itself. Situation Ethics is contrary to the natural moral law and condemned by the Church. This important lecture explains in detail the deadly error of Situation Ethics, its roots in fraudulent modern philosophies such as utilitarianism and evolutionism, its resurgence in the 1960s under the mantle of 'love,' and how no aspect of Situation Ethics is acceptable to the Catholic. This presentation is not so much a critique of Francis, but rather, a detailed exposition on the error of situation ethics. Most important, the lecture gives the tools from traditional Moral Theology for properly judging the morality of the human act, all delivered in simple, easy-to-understand language. This lecture is so important we are offering it even lower than our regular sale price. and making the CD available for only $4.00.
[espeically applies to approach now in Francis' post-Synodal document Amoris Laetitia)
NEW! All Hail the Chief? The Function of Government and the Errors of Socialism$5.00
Dr. Raphael Waters, Professor of Thomistic Philosophy
In this magnificent lecture. Thomistic Professor takes us through a highway drive of Social Ethics. Particularly, he laws out in expert fashion what is the proper Function of Government (i.e., the function of government is to govern its citizens, not replace them); the Common Good, the errors of Socialism, why is Socialism an error, is man merely a person or an individual?, the kinds of ownership, Private Property as natural to man, the threat of loss of freedom, the immorality of so-called "stimulus" programs, much more. This single lecture dispels much confusion and gives us some basic principles of the Authority of Government based on proven and true principles of Aristotle and Aquinas. A veritable crash course in Thomistic social teaching. We also learn, in light of this teaching, that the present structure in the United States and many other countries leaves much to be desired.
NEW! The Closing Speech that Opened the Pit - Paul VI at Vatican II$5.00
by John Vennari
“We more than others have the cult of man!” What was the bizarre speech given by Paul VI at the Council’s close? Did it set modern churchmen on a humanistic path? How does this pivotal speech affect us today? What does Pope Francis think of it? What was the dangerous new paradigm established by Paul VI’s address? What common sense evaluation do we employ to cut through the confusion. How do we recognize the same tactics used at the time of the Council that are used today? What is the relation to this speech and the emergence of the ‘social justice’ liberal Catholic? What can we do? These and many more questions answered in this informative and even entertaining speech.
BEST SELLER: The Apocalypse is Not a Protestant Book: Antichrist and More$5.00
by John Vennari
The consistent teaching of the Church, and most particularly, the teaching of the Fathers and Doctors of the Church are what give us the key to understand the Apocalypse and the Antichrist himself. It is precisely this key that Protestantism lacks. Who is Antichrist? From what race will he come? Will he be one man or does Antichrist represent a group? Does he have minor “Antichrists” that precede him? What can we know about him for certain? What will be the nature of his persecution of Christianity? What foreshadows him now? These and similar questions will be addressed, along with a number of other aspects of the Apocalypse: such as, for example, the fact that the Catholic Church, up until the time of today’s ecumenical program, always considered Martin Luther and his Protestant Revolt as one of the apocalyptic plagues.
RE-RELEASE: The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and its Graces for Us$5.00
by Father Stephen Somerville, STL
One of the finest talks ever given by Father Somerville, who had been an advisor to ICEL (the international group for translating the Liturgy into Latin) and public renounced his membership. In this remarkable presentation, Father Somerville manages to deliver uplifting quotes from the Saints on the Mass, the value of the Mass itself, warnings against the protestantized Novus Ordo. He blends solid Catholic theology with points of spiritual guidance on hearing Mass well. This lecture both instructs and edifies. Many quotes from the saints, such as, “By one Mass that we hear in the state of grace we obtain for ourselves more benefits and favors than by the longest and painful pilgrimages.”
An Insider’s View of ICEL: Accomplishing the Subversion of the Roman Liturgy$5.00
Father Stephen Somerville, STL
Father Somerville, who died on December 12, 2015, was the only surviving member of ICEL (International Committee on English in the Liturgy). It was this ICEL that gave us the mangled English translation of the Mass.He said in his Anaheim CA speech that ICEL translations had been criticized from the very beginning – that is, even before the New Mass arrived on the scene – and some of this well-founded criticism came from the more orthodox members of ICEL itself. In this historic talk, Father Somerville said that ICEL was ultimately under the direction of the revolutionary Archbishop Annibale Bugnini, architect of the Novus Ordo, whom Pope Paul VI exiled to Tehran when he found evidence that Bugnini was a Freemason. Father Somerville summed up what ICEL was really about: “We were all members of a revolutionary team engaged by our bishops in the radical subversion of that magnificent Holy Catholic Roman liturgy that had stood substantially unchanged for over fifteen centuries. Most Catholics still do not realize that their liturgy and their Church were in the process of destruction.” The talk also features and introduction by John Vennari in which he gives a quick summary of the "Ottaviani Intervention".
Nostra Aetate: a “New Compass” in Dealing with Judaism - 2 disk set$9.95
by John Vennari, Includes an update on the disturbing new Vatican document on the Jews released on December 10. A revealing presentation in which Mr. Vennari spotlights the work of progressivist theologians on a “new approach to the Jews” leading up to Vatican II . Lays out the modernist principles on which today’s theologians operate, as enunciated by the progressivist Jesuit Jacque Dupuis. Gives you a true understanding of the revolutionary nature of Vatican II’s new approach, and the fact that it is incompatible with the Traditional teaching of the Church. What is the new reading of Saint Paul’s Letter to the Romans? How do today’s Church leaders justify the claim that it is no longer necessary for Jews to convert to Christ’s true Church for salvation? Details the modernist theologians in the late 1940s to the early 60s that paved the way for the new approach, and it is a new approach. Learn why Catholics must no longer be on the defensive, but on the offensive against the novelties of Vatican II. Covers this and much more.
On Marriage: Catholicism and Common Sense$5.00
Mr. Vennari writes, “This is an unusual recording. As many know, I homeschool my children catechism and philosophy. This recording is a somewhat freewheeling homeschool class on the Sacrament of Marriage that touched on a number of common sense, important points, so much so that my children and my wife urged me to release it as a stand alone lecture. Describes today’s neo-pagan approach to marriage, as well as practical advise – especially to young girls – regarding choosing the right man to marry. Also covers the special graces we receive at Matrimony and the fact that these graces must be nurtured. Contains all this and a good bit more. The talk is thoroughly based on the traditional Catholic Catechism and the perennial Catholic principles on the Sacrament of Matrimony.”
Five Deadly Errors Against the Faith$5.00
by John Vennari, The first major error is that of Modernism, the belief that truth can change over time. Mr. Vennari pointed out other deadly errors that flow from this first error, such as the elevation of the secondary over the primary; significant silence on major points of the Faith, pretending the magisterium has not spoken, and a kind of ecclesiastical legal positivism. Mr. Vennari also provided answers to these deadly errors, as well as pointers on how to recognize them from contemporary Church leaders. This lecture is crucial to understand the true nature of Vatican II and the post-Conciliar aftermath.
A Workshop on Catechism: Tips for Spreading the Faith$5.00
This is a recent workshop Mr. Vennari was asked to present. Discussed the importance of demonstrating the Faith using proofs from Scripture, Tradition and reason, pointers on teaching the Faith to children and sharing it with adults; dealing with Protestants, the need for a happy household in raising our children in the Faith; recommended some of the best catechisms, what is the structure of a true catechism, suggested a number of important tips - a lively presentation with a brief Q&A at the end.
Pope Francis and the Company He Keeps$5.00
John Vennari - New lecture given in Italy, July 2015. We learn who and what a man is by learning who are his friends and what he loves. This jam-packed lecture spotlights Pope Francis’ favorite churchmen and initiatives: such as the radical Cardinal Carlos Martini of Milan (the first to say 'who am I to judge?'; the little-known “St. Gallen Group” who want to restructure the Church along the lines of collegiality and synodality (giving national bishops’ conferences increasing autonomy from Rome); and his admiration for the eco-pagan ex-priest Leonardo Boff, the radical “Liberation Theologian,” whose ideas Francis tapped for his recent eco-encyclical (and who was effectively 'enshrined' in Francis' Laudato Si). Pope Leo XIII taught we must look at the world as it really is, and this lecture, disturbing though it may be, looks at Pope Francis as he really is, in order to arm ourselves against the increasing “dangers threatening the Faith” from this radical Pontificate.
Ecumenism: The Original Sin of the New Mass$5.00
One of best lectures by Mr. Vennari on the New Mass to date. Demonstrates that the architects of Vatican II’s liturgical reform envisioned a radical new Mass from the very beginning; they saw it within the Council text itself and did not have to wait until 1970 for the New Mass to be released to know the revolution it would be. Also gives a crucial understanding of the ‘mechanics’ of modernist ecumenism: these are the tactics that serve to undermine Catholic doctrine without necessarily stating explicit heresy. The material in this lecture is vital to understand the real mischief of the Council. A number of priests who heard this lecture said it contained important quotations they had never heard before. Demonstrates that the New Mass was not constructed to serve the true God, but the false god of ecumenism.
Msgr. Joseph Clifford Fenton: Prophet Against the New Orientation$5.00
Msgr. Fenton, the Editor of the American Ecclesiastical Review from 1944 to 1963, and who Mr. Vennari calls the greatest American theologian of the 20th Century, saw clearly at the time the liberal theology surfacing in the 1940s, 50s, and early 60s and combated it. His writings are an immense source of clarity, and help us to form the proper habits of thinking in the midst of the present chaos. What is most helpful, Fenton supplied the answers to the modernist, ecumenical orientation of Vatican II even before the Council was called! Vennari takes us through Msgr. Fenton’s magnificent exposition of the two kingdoms: “The Kingdom of God vs. the Kingdom of Satan” and demonstrates how an understanding of this teaching reinforces the truth that outside the Church there is no salvation, and also wars against the present pan-religious orientation now gripping the highest echelons of the Catholic hierarchy.
Fatima Ignored and the Approach of Midnight$5.00
John Vennari - A fascinating talk unlike anything you’ve probably heard before. Details the increased godlessness of modern governments and social institutions, and the frightening fact that this godlessness often leads to tyranny. Spotlights trends in modern science that are purposely Godless (though unnecessarily Godless). Shows that science answers many questions, but not all questions. Takes you through the proof of God’s existence from reason, and how we can deduce God’s Almighty power from reason alone. Also speaks of what will probably be a major source of persecution of Christians in the near future. An important presentation that covers a wide range of material, almost an entire college course packed in one easy-to-understand (and even entertaining) package.
Stalking the Land: The Ascendancy of Masonic Thought in Church and State$5.00
by John Vennari - Masonic thinking permeates the very air we breathe. How do we recognize it? How does Masonic thought permeate modern social institutions and even our post-Vatican II churchmen. Can the Social Kingship of Christ ever become “outdated”? And if not, why not? What are the disastrous consequences of Masonic thought that affect our day-to-day living? How much are we ourselves imbued with it? All of this is answered in this clear, informative and easy-to-understand presentation.
Modernism Repackaged: The "New Theology" of Vatican II"$5.00
by John Vennari - This is an updated version of this talk given on Feb. 9, 2011 at St. Mary's Academy It has been described as one of the most important John Vennari ever delivered. It is impossible to understand what has happened to the Church at Vatican II, and up to the present, without understanding the modernist “New Theology,” a movement bubbling up in the Church in the 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s, and condemned by Pope Pius XII.
The “New Theology” is truly Modernism “repackaged,” as it supports the false notion that religion must change with the times, is anti-Thomistic, and blurs the distinction between nature and supernature, which opens the door for a kind of universal salvation. This new teaching triumphed at Vatican II, and is embodied in allegedly “conservative” writers such as Fathers Henri de Lubac and Hans Urs von Balthasar. Pope John Paul II and Cardinal Ratzinger, now Benedict XVI, are products of the New Theology, and pledge first allegiance to this new system, rather than to the traditional anti-Modernism of Pope Saint Pius X.
Defenseless Catholics: The Pre-Vatican II Blackout on Modernism$5.00
By John Vennari
Did you know that prior to Vatican II, the average Catholic had vitually no knowledge of the nature and the danger of Modernism? Did you know that even prior to Vatican II, those who fought Modernism – the traditional Catholics – were already being castigated as some kind of extremists? The great Msgr. Joseph Clifford Fenton wrote about this problem in the late 1940s and 1950s. He even quotes a Cardinal who claimed there are two “extremes” to be avoided; modernism and integralism! But as Fenton decries, “Integralism” is nothing more than the vigorous Catholic response to Modernism, and Modernism is probably the most deadly heresy ever to attack the Church. This talk contains fascinating history that shows Catholics were ‘sitting ducks’ for the modernist revolution of Vatican II. It debunks Modernism using both Revelation and reason, and lays out how the Vatican II orientation follows the lines of Modernism to this day; even, alas, in poor Pope Francis. A crucial presentation with information you need to know.
Pope Francis: Modernism with a Smile! - 2 CD set$9.95
By John Vennari - Given on March 1, 2015. This is an in-depth look at Pope Francis, explains his curious thinking, and gets to the root of who he is and how he sees Catholicism. The talk is in three parts: the first deals with Synods of 2014-2015 and Francis’ position regarding divorced Catholics permitted access to the Eucharist. The second part gives a crucial history of bad thought over the past few centuries that has led to the development of both Modernism, the Modernist “New Theology,” and the aggiornamento of Vatican II. In the third part, Vennari goes into the history of Bergoglio, his enthusiasm for Vatican II from day one, the modernist theologians on whom he bases his outlook and his policies, explanations for what appears to be some contradictory behaviors, and closes with frightening forecast of where Pope Francis wants to take the Church. On this point, you haven’t seen anything yet. There are more radical changes to come that threaten the very structure of the Church itself. Learn the truth and arm yourself. On two audio CDs – only $9.95 for the set.
Catholic Identity Theft: The Components of Liberal Catholicism$5.00
An important lecture on the Six Components of Liberal Catholicism as outlined by the great Msgr. Joseph Clifford Fenton in 1958, who laid bare the pretensions of liberalism Vatican II even before the Council was called. Liberal Catholicism is so pervasive that it is almost invisible. Thus Fenton’s prophetic warning about Liberal Catholicism is especially necessary, since Blessed Pius IX said that liberal Catholicism would lead to the ruin of religion and prevent us from meriting the blessings of God. The talk also spotlights the Council’s new ecumenical approach to Judaism, as exemplified by the highest Church leaders, liberal Catholicism in action -- from Nostra Aetate through John Paul II to the present. It was Rabbi David Rosin who praised Pope Benedict XVI's ecumenical approach as “institutionalizing revolution.”
A Doctor's Prescription for a New World Order$5.00
A landmark speech by Father John O’Conner, who opens by reminding us of the warning from Scripture: the Antichrist will gain control through flattery and deceit. Father O’Conner recounts a lecture given in 1969 by Dr. Richard L. Day, who was Professor of Pediatrics at Mount Sinai Medical School in New York. Previously he had served as Medical Director of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Dr. Day gave a speech in wish he laid out the details of the coming “new order”. Here Day predicted – as something good and desirable – the legalization of abortion, widespread cohabitation, promiscuity, “sex education,” homosexuality, euthanasia and other disturbing aspects of social engineering. Perhaps most frightening, Dr. Day told his 1969 audience not to worry because the churches “will not oppose us”. Fr. O’Connor’s speech may be considered controversial, but the predictions made by Dr. Day in 1969 have unfolded in our time.
The Third Secret, Diabolic Disorientation and National Disintegration$5.00
This talk jam-packed. Mr. Vennari covers a brief history of the Third Secret of Fatima and the controversy surrounding it. In relation to the Secret’s prediction of “dangers to the Faith”, the all also covers the new orientation from Vatican II that ushered in the “Cult of Man”, which played into the hands of Communism and Freemasonry that had a deliberate plan to “secularize” religion and religious people. Answers questions such as: why did so many Catholics embrace left-wing politics after the Council and to this day? Why did so many "Catholics" vote for Obama? What was the Masonic document that said, “Let us popularize vice amongst the multitude?” Who are rising as great persecutors of Christians as well as the foremost corrupters of our children? Can the nation survive if it continues on the present path? All of this and much more is covered in this comprehensive presentation.
Saint John Fisher: Martyr of the Anglican Schism$5.00
By John Vennari – a lively and comprehensive talk given to the students of Fisher More College on February 6. Tells the fascinating, inspiring story of St. John Fisher, virtually the only bishop in Britain to stand against Henry VIII. Hear how Henry fell from being “Defender of the Faith” to the Persecutor of Catholics. Covers the remarkable courage of St. John Fisher; how Henry VIII, by gradual steps, outlawed Catholicism in England. Treats of the heroic virtue of Queen Catherine of Aragon, who was constantly mistreated and humiliated, and who remained faithful to Henry and to Catholic Faith until her death. A jam-packed presentation that could even be used as a history supplement in high-school homeschool; a talk that summarizes the beginning of the Protestant revolt in England. Fisher was an eminent defender of the indissolubility of marriage, something being undermined today even by Catholic prelates. St. John Fisher’s observation of the clergy’s capitulation to the pressures of the age resonates in our own day, “The fort is betrayed even of them that should have defended it.”
Father Denis Fahey Against the New Barbarians$5.00
by John Vennari - An updated speech on the great Father Denis Fahey in which he outlines his famous 6 Point Divine Program of Our Lord, which is squarely based on the tradtional doctrine of the Popes, especially the social doctrine. Father Fahey then gives the 6-point plan of satan that strives to undermine Our Lord's Divine Program. Mr. Vennari then applies this six-point plan to the United States, particularly under the Obama Administration. Whose program is now being fostered, Our Lord's or satan's? Find out in this highly popular , entertaining and easy-to-undertand presentation.
The Tyranny of the Godless$5.00
by John Vennari - A talk delivered on Saturday, June 8, 2013. A compressive presentation that opens with Sister Lucia’s 1946 prediction that all countries in the world, including the United States, would be overcome by Communism if Our Lady of Fatima is not obeyed. Spotlights Barack Obama, demonstrating that every major formative influence of his life was Communist, radical, leftist, anti-Colonial socialist or revolutionary. To explain how such a man would be elected, the talk covers the collapse of Catholic opposition to Communism due to Vatican II’s “Vatican-Moscow Agreement”, Vatican II’s revolution towards man-centeredness, the rise of so-called liberal “Social Justice” Catholics, and the Gramscian-styled Communism that is not the brutal Stalinist-Leninist model, but achieves its end by secularizing man and society to the point of godlessness. Jam-packed!
Our Lady of Fatima and the Triumph of Totalitarianism$5.00
John Vennari - Are you aware that the United States has already launched a form of totalitarianism, which only threatens to get worse if not manfully opposed? Learn about the components that lead up to this point: perverse education; widespread secular humanism; leftist media; the Church weakened by Vatican II; and the election of Barack Obama who has initiated a tight lipped persecution of secularist inspiration against the Church. Learn also what Our Lady of Fatima told use we can do about it. .
